I came to these healing modalities by way of my own earthly struggles.

My transition into living my purpose started in 2009, while I was participating in Corporate America. I injured my back, and life as I had come to know it was all about to change drastically — thankfully not all at once.

Growing up I struggled to feel like I fit in. I knew that I was different. As a young child I was connected with spirit, and in sharing my experiences with adults, I was taught to be afraid of all that I was experiencing. This is when those experiences changed, and I was then able to see all the heaviness, sadness, grief, regret, and trauma people carried with them. I started to encounter beings that were “stuck” in their crossing over. This was very scary and overwhelming to me as a child. I learned young that telling adults what I could see and sense would scare them too.

Then when I was 13, my mom transitioned from her earthly body. Before I had been notified of her passing, she came to me and let me know that she had to go and that everything would be ok. She told me that she would be there if I needed her. I found a sense of peace again with spirit— for the first time since I was really young. As a teenager I wanted to fit in, so I ignored and suppressed these abilities. My connection to spirit made the teenage experience a very strange time for me. I didn’t want to be “weird,” so I didn’t share what I was going through with anyone. Suppressing this truth led to terrible acne and debilitating migraines.

As a young adult, I took a life-changing adventure to Australia with my best friend Jenn. Traveling around a new country so far away from all I had known gave me space to begin to understand who I really was. Jenn and I were living on the 12th floor in Surfers Paradise, QLD at the time, and on the anniversary of my mom’s death I watched from the balcony as an intense tropical storm rolled in. The sky turned colors of green and crackled with lightning like I’ve never seen before. At that moment I made the decision that I would not ignore Spirit any longer. I was curious about what it all meant, and was ready to start this healing journey within, to find out.

I started peeling back the layers, going deeper into my core.

During this journey my physical health challenges grew to also include food allergies, “permanent” scarring on my face, inflammation, severe back pain, and numbness in one foot. A long list of drugs and doctors were unable to help me. There had to be a different way — that’s when I called on Spirit to lead the way and leaned into understanding the emotional and energetic connections to my dis-ease in being. I began to study energy healing, past life regression, nutrition, and the detox process. As more and more layers revealed themselves, I was able to begin to make peace with my past and take responsibility for my future. My life was being transformed. In this deep dive to self and understanding ME, my acne issues and the endless migraines ended. My food allergies were eliminated, the scarring on my face healed significantly, and my pain was relieved. My weight challenge, uncontrollable cravings, and hormonal imbalances resolved. All of the inflammation disappeared, and I felt restored in my mind, body and heart. As I leaned into my connection with Spirit, I learned about the teams of healing guides and Angels that support each of us. I learned about the Archangels and how to call on them for assistance, support and guidance. It was clear to me that everything is connected, and as we find the courage to do our own shadow work we are able to let more light shine in. In our darkness there are treasures of expansion. 

My curiosity continues as I learn, grow, expand, and empower myself.
