Booking: Upon booking your appointment you will be required to pay in full for Somatic Quantum Healing, Soul Health + Yoga Therapy Initial Session, Natal Chart readings, Meditations and classes. For packages, courses, retreats and Intensives you may be given the option to pay in full or to pay a deposit to claim your spot. If you choose to pay a deposit only, a payment plan will be scheduled. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation and refund policy for these will be outlined in course, retreat, and intensives separate from policy below. See below for rescheduling and cancellations, no refunds are given.

Zoom Sessions: Upon booking your appointment you will be sent a confirmation email with your zoom link included. All sessions, services, packages, meditations, classes, workshops, retreats, intensives and courses including but not limited to Somatic Quantum Healing, Soul Health + Yoga Therapy, Energy Expansion, Natal Chart readings and Empowered Goddess with Rebekha Wolf or Golden Feather Ent. Inc. on zoom will be recorded. For Somatic Quantum Healing sessions be sure to follow the zoom guidelines for best recording quality sent in your confirmation email along with your zoom link. We log on promptly at the start time and you will have a 8 minute grace period to communicate any tardiness or technical difficulties. If the 8 minutes expire and I have not heard from you, your booking is considered a NO SHOW. See below for rescheduling and cancellations, no refunds are given.

In-person: All sessions, services, packages, meditations, classes, workshops, retreats, intensives and courses including but not limited to Soul Health + Yoga Therapy and Empowered Goddess with Rebekha Wolf or Golden Feather Ent. Inc. in person will be clearly stated as such. We begin promptly at the start time and you will have a 8 minute grace period to communicate any tardiness. If the 8 minutes expire and I have not heard from you, your booking is considered a NO SHOW. See below for rescheduling and cancellations, no refunds are given.

‍Payment Plans: Payment plans offered on bigger ticket items, require a minimum deposit, and agreed upon plan that works for both parties. Payments must not fall behind services being completed. Services will be halted if payments fall behind until caught up. An account must be created and a card must be saved on file, for auto-payment. Deposits are non-refundable. See below for rescheduling and cancellations, no refunds are given.

‍Refunds: All sessions, services, packages, meditations, classes, workshops, retreats, intensives and courses including but not limited to Somatic Quantum Healing, Soul Health + Yoga Therapy, Energy Expansion, Natal Chart readings and Empowered Goddess with Rebekha Wolf or Golden Feather Ent. Inc. are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

‍Packages, Retreats + Intensives: Any packages being offered do not include an Initial Session, unless otherwise stated as such and must be booked separately. The packages can only be used after an Initial Session has been completed, unless otherwise stated. Packages are meant to be used in a recurring session protocol with an interval agreed upon by both parties. For best results within a 1-3 interval scheduled timeframe. Packages must be used before its marked expiration date, which is one year from purchase. They are non-refundable. Retreats + Intensives unless otherwise stated are non-transferable and non-refundable.

‍Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can only be redeemed exclusively for the session type stated on the gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-transferable. Gift certificates must be used before its marked expiration date, which is one year from purchase.

‍Mutual Respect & Consideration: Rescheduling & Cancellation. Rebekha Wolf and Golden Feather Ent. Inc. respect your time and commitment to your session, service, meditation, workshop, classes, including but not limited to Somatic Quantum Healing, Soul Health + Yoga Therapy, Energy Expansion, Natal Chart readings, Empowered Goddess Gatherings and appreciate the same courtesy from you. Rescheduling or canceling your booking within 24 hours of your booking will be considered a No Show and No Refund. Booking will not be transferable or refunded. Rescheduling your booking is permitted up to 24 hours before originally scheduled time. Within the 24 hour window will be considered a No Show, No Refunds. Canceling your booking at any time will not be refunded. If cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window before the current scheduled booking and rescheduling is not doable at this time, you will be given a Gift Certificate for the session, service, workshop, class to be used within 1 year of issue date. No Shows any changes to your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a No Show. Tardiness or technical difficulties logging into zoom that are not communicated in the 8 minute grace period results in a No Show. A No Show is non-refundable and booking is considered rendered.
