Through guided meditation and deep relaxation, we will connect with both the physical and non-physical parts of you for healing at the soul level. Cultivating this intentional safe and sacred space allows for alignment and connection for your Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. Somatic Quantum Healing is a process of working together to uncover blockages and shine light onto your shadows.

Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a method that was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, a student and right hand of Dolores Cannon. Dolores developed the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Using this method, you experience past life regressions, healing the body, mind, heart, and soul. Potential for reaching your higher self directly is unlocked, making way for deep knowledge and healing. Candance’s technique added another dimension to the work, including healing realms for an organic, individually-driven healing platform.

SQH - Initial Session
For all first time clients of Somatic Quantum Healing.
These initial sessions are a transformative journey into the depths of who you truly are. Your experience will be as unique and individual as you are. Together we will build a strong customized foundation of expansion, just for you.
We will use this opportunity to shift low level or stagnant energy, address any current challenges you wish deeper clarity, transform old energetic patterns, behaviors, habits, contracts that no longer support your well-being and highest good, elevate your vibration via healing to bring balance to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies, so you feel clear and connected at the soul level with a sense of lightness.
These Somatic Quantum Healing sessions are very powerful, offering new perspectives and practices to assimilate, integrate and embody all that comes through, along with tools to help empower and maintain your state of higher awareness and wellness.
Session is 90-105 minutes in length, and will include discussion and quantum hypnosis work. You will receive a session recording. Please be sure to follow the guidelines for zoom sessions to ensure you receive the best recording possible.
These sessions can be one off, however most prefer to continue this deep dive and exploration into self/soul with additional Sessions. I offer 60 and 90 minute sessions for those who desire to keep digging in and expanding out. Best results come when we connect every two to three weeks for continued expansion and support. These can be booked in a package or individually.

After your initial session, we can continue our work together. We will build on the foundation of your initial session to bring you messages of clarity, guidance and perspective. These sessions will offer even more practices and tools to integrate and empower your state of wellness.
If you are feeling; low in energy, down, heavy, fuzzy, stuck, or are dealing with habitual, behavioral, learned patterns/energies that need to be unwound, shifted, and refocused you are in the right place.
We will address any questions you have or challenges you may be experiencing and get clarity from your Higher Guidance.
The intention is to bring the following into your conscious awareness: energetic, ancestral, genetic, cultural, and unconscious programming; shift those old patterns, habits, identities, and labels that hold you back. Release deep emotional triggers that create disconnection, imbalance, stress, low vibrations, and chaos in your life. Clear stuck and stagnant energy to create space in your energetic body to restore balance, alignment, clarity and a sense of freedom in your soul.
These sessions are designed to elevate your vibration at the cellular level to support your body's transformation. These sessions are powerful and elicit a sense of empowerment from within.
You have full control of your healing journey. As a catalyst for deep healing and transformation, I am simply a guide providing a safe container for you to fully relax, open and connect to all in your highest good as you are ready.
Sessions are 60 and 90 minutes in length, and will include short discussion and Somatic Quantum Healing work customized based on the discussion and your intention.

Other Soul Experiences - Past Life Regression Session
"Past Life Regression” a term that gained popularity and understanding with the works of Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique as she started with the exploration of Past Lives. Her own curiosity made way for the Subconscious (SC) or Higher Self to share other Soul experiences and expressions Soul has had or potential to have. You will explore lives that may be having an effect on your current life, or simply because you need to understand more about the lives you have chosen to experience and how they have shaped who you are today.
Today, with the expansion of human consciousness and technology you can experience Future Lives, Parallel Lives, Lives on Other Planets, and Lives in Other Dimensions, all from the comfort of your own sacred space. You will explore the soul experiences that may be effecting or shaping your current life, or simply because you need to understand more about the experiences soul has chosen to experience and how they have contributed to who you are now. Some people visit the Spirit Side during their session. Some find themselves in the Akashic Records, and still others visit the Temple of Healing. Opportunities and possibilities are expansive.
In these sessions you can receive answers and relief from emotional, mental and physical challenges and gain the clarity you seek for next steps forward. We focus on the concept that you will go to "the most relevant time and place" for healing and insight that is in alignment with your highest good and intention.
Discord in our life experiences can shift, when we are in allowance of all is possible.
These sessions are recorded and can be one off sessions, however most clients find themselves curious for more.

Curious to know and understand more about how the incredible aspects and transitions of the cosmo's contribute to make you uniquely you. Let’s dive in together, we will explore your natal chart, looking at themes you may notice throughout your life, giving you a permission slip to fully embrace your quirks. Learn what your sun, moon and rising signs are, and how these key components of your character may show up in your life. We will also look at some of the challenging aspects of your chart and areas that lend themselves to your growth, expansion and empowerment of self. This is a fun session full of interesting aha's. These sessions are 45 minutes in length and will be recorded for your future review.
